On what street or road does your home stand?

How long have you lived in this home?

Go for a quick walk around your block or neighborhood.

See how much you have noticed when you return to your home. Recite what you can remember of the different parts of your home which can be seen from the street or road. Describe each of these parts: walls, roof, windows, chimneys, doors, porches, steps, sidewalks, and yard.

Notebook Work: Draw a view of the front of your home. You might add the following parts - walls, roof, windows, chimneys, doors, porches, steps, sidewalks, and yard.
